How long for roboRio firmware update take?

How long should the roboRio take to update it's firmware using the USB interface and the browser user interface? It just keeps showing a in progress bar showing updating firmware.

To help people that might have the same issue in the future, can you tell us what the problem was?

I do not know the exact issue, but our solution was to reset the roboRio.

I was surprised at how long it was taking. We just waited it out and it successfully completed the update after roughly two minutes.
