cRio Image problem

Hey guys, we are with problems in imaging cRio, we have the FRC_2015_v57.zip. The utility to config the image is showing "reset switch on the compactRIO device is turned off" What is that?:confused: :confused:

If it's an 8-slot cRIO, there's a set of DIP-like switches near the power and RS-232 connectors. One of them should be labeled "RESET".

If it's a 4-slot cRIO, the switches are software-controlled and can be changed from within the imaging tool.
