Has anyone succeed running eclipse on Linux with WPILib ?
And which apt-get should I use ?

Most of the WPILib team uses Linux, it works fine for us. apt is a command line tool for installing packages. You need to use it to install the toolchains on Linux. Follow the instructions here: http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/roborio/toolchains/FRC%20Linux%20Toolchain.txt
