We received out printer yesterday. It's setup, but does not print. I am trying to print the test image. It was originally working, but was interupted. I cleaned the plate, reapplied the glue, but now nothing is produced.

The machine goes through the process......but no plastic comes out.

Anyone have any ideas?

My old team got the cube last year, and we had many of the same issues. I know it was a different model, but try calling their tech support. They are really good and can send you informational powerpoints on solutions as well.

We received ours yesterday (Friday) also, and are having the same issue. Trying the test print results in nothing actually printing.

If you have those "informational powerpoints" available, or any hints or tips, it would be really nice if you could share them... as Cubify's support is only open Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm EST. And with MLK day coming up, we really don't want to have to wait 3 more days to get this running!
