We installed FRC 2015 (NI and update suite. There was no tools folder present. Do we need to reinstall?

The file needed is the java-installer.jar

The Java installer is installed with the Eclipse plugins (http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/roborio/stable/eclipse/). It should be located at "HOME_DIR/wpilib/tools/java-installer.jar".

You posted in the LabVIEW forum. If that wasn't an error on your part, why do you want the Java installer?
