Hi everyone, can someone tell me if Vex's sensors are allowed in the competition

Yes VEX sensors are allowed as custom electronics. You will need to adapt the end of the PWM cable on the sensor as VEX sensors have a male PWM end and the RoboRIO is also male. A female-female PWM cable works for this or you can cut the VEX sensor and attach a female PWM connector to it.
