On a less lolsy note, my team basically uses a rolled up baseball sized ball of electrical tape and we play tape ball to relieve stress. It can get pretty intense and it's loads of fun! We took some videos of it this year (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ). It's sort of like a mix between lacross and soccer.
