Coach on team #308, Walled Lake Monsters, from Walled Lake Schools and TRW Automotive Electronics.

I was just wondering if any teams kept track of statistics, such as average time to score big balls, percentage of big balls dropped off target, whether the bridge is used or not, etc.

as part of our scouting (in LI at least) we took down a lot of this information on the teams (i.e. 3 of 5 big balls (they tried 5 times over the competition, did it 3)).. although we haven't really compiled it or really had the intention to..

if you mean did we keep them on ourselves? not really.. we dropped a couple balls at UTC, but we've made modifications to fix that problem (jerky wrist was causing them to fall)... we can go over, retoggle, and grab a ball and score it in about 20-23seconds.. and if we're wedging.. we can get to the ramp with a big ball raised ready to score as you're balancing in the same time :)
