We have a test control system wired with one motor. The indicator light turns on, the RoboRio is powered correctly, and the motor controller is wired per the instruction manual. However, the LED is not turning on on the Talon, nor does a voltmeter read anything and the connected motor does not work. How can we get power supplied to the controller?

If it helps, our Power Distribution Panel is blinking slow red.

We figured it out. We were missing the snap circuit breaker on the PDP.
