D-link won't connect

We've been having numerous problems with our router. It would randomly disconnect itself from the dashboard, and it would take ages to connect at all. Now it doesn't even appear to connect at all. What do you think might be the problem? Would a new D-link help any?

Are you connecting with an ethernet cable or through Wi-Fi?
Are you losing the actual wireless connection, or just the communication with the roboRIO?
How do you have the D-Link power wired?
