Camera IP Keeps Switching

Our robot has three cameras and the RoboRIO plugged into the bridge. One of the cameras will randomly switch its ip without us changing anything mechanical or with the programming. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Is the camera set to use DHCP?
If so, did you make the camera names different?

How do we check/do that?

All we did to get the cameras to work before we experienced this problem was set a constant for the camera ip addresses.
