Imaging Tool not Present

Hello once again!
I'm currently working on imaging our RoboRIO, but the Imaging tool is not present. To clarify, I'm looking at C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2014\project\, and there's no roboRIO Tool folder. What am I missing?
EDIT: I don't even have the LabVIEW 2014 folder, I was in LabVIEW 2013\project.

That gets installed with the 2015 FRC Update.
