Looks pretty well thought out.
One thing i'd like to suggest is that you make shirts with designs other than just your logo. While it is crisp and proffesional, very few people are going to feel compelled to buy the gear unless they're affiliated with your team in some way. I suppose shirt collectors will too, but you get the idea.
