Nice design, impressive response to the tasks.
Also think the kid at the end could give noodle tossing classes.

Good Luck

Nice robot. I like how it tilts back a the end for stability when transporting the stack. Can this robot make landfill stacks too?

Yeah, We use the bottom arms to grab totes and align them with the robot before taking them.
We can also take totes from the wide side.

Very nicely done. Things I like:
- Nice solution for your can gripper
- Running dual elevators on the same towers
- The tilting tower is awesome. That concept didn't make it off our whiteboard. Very nice implementation.

Do you have any trouble stacking on your seed tote? Our prototype testing showed that the slightest misalignment between the seed tote and the incoming tote caused the upper tote to jam on the "bumps" on the lower tote.

I love the way that you can pick up tipped over containers, that can be very tricky to do so reliably :D

Good job

We did have some problems with the seed tote but we recently modified the lower arms so that totes align even if we are not in perfect alignment.

Watch the Israeli regional to see us in action. :)

I thought the same thing. I'm impressed how you made 120 pounds with all those arms and lift tilting.

Really nice work

Thanks!
The elevator profiles are actually hollow from inside.
