Does any have the FRC2015_Electrical_Library.tewzip file that I could download?

I can't seem to access the file via the link on the SolidWorks FIRST Robotics (http://www.solidworks.com/sw/education/robot-student-design-contest.htm) (First Robotics Electrical Library (February 24, 2015)) page.
