Did NE Reach 200 teams

based on my numbers, and using this site: http://www.usfirst.org/whats-going-on it seems we have reached exactly 200 team in NEW England. with 136 teams having been ranked already playing one event. it leaves 64 teams not having played there first event which seems a little high. would someone be able to verify this numbers for me?

I believe it is at 173. That website contains teams that no longer exist.

Plus if New England had 200 teams, we'd be at max capacity for the current spread of events.
