Has anyone done this to their printer?? I was trying to unplug the power cable to move the printer, and the plug in came with it......

Ours did this. Were you able to fix it? If so how did you fix it?

Email Cubify with a picture of the broken power supply like the one in this thread, and they will send a new one free of charge.

Our team is just a little more careful now when moving the printer...

You will have to take apart and separate your printer to get into, to replace it. If I remember correctly, all of the screws use the same Allen wrench sizes you find in a normal FTC Tetrix Kit.
