After the end of the Gull Lake MI District competition yesterday, our programming team came up with a little toy: the FRC team generator (http://frc830.github.io/). Have fun!

My favorites so far have been "Techno Tech", "Thunder Machines", and "CyberHeads".

I find it funny that i see some team names that pop up that are actual teams.

I found inspiration by browsing through the list of teams of The Blue Alliance and picking out common elements. The generator can produce a surprisingly large proportion of the team names that exist.

Before I joined Team 179 we were trying to start up a FRC team, at one point in the process we were all at different opinions on a clever cool robotics team name.....This would have been reeeeeeeeally helpful lol, still good idea for newly started teams out there.
I've tried testing in both Chrome and Firefox and I must be doing something wrong -- when I click the green box (or the surrounding white area) nothing happens.

Obligatory disclaimer: neither Team 830 nor anyone involved in the making of this website assumes any responsibility for a team that uses it to decide on a name, and ends up as "Flyingtrons" or "Panther Monkeys." :D
Really liked "Robo Robotics"
And "Robo Bots"
Ha ha... I got "Steel Birds" - a couple of years ago we had a guy on our team named "Steele Bird" (honest, that was his real name!)
