Is litter scored 4pts each when landing in opposing alliance's field. I thought they were only worth 1pt.

They are worth one point in your own landfill. 4 points on the other alliances side not in their landfill. 6 in a container.

Litter scored in the landfill zone is worth 1 point a piece, litter that is in an alliances auto and/or scoring zone is worth 4 points a piece.
