Hello everyone!
We are very excited to announce that there will be an official event for the FIRST Ladies (http://www.ladiesinfirst.com/) community to participate in at the 2015 FIRST World Championship in St. Louis next week! Attached is a flyer with more details.
The event is called the "Women's Exchange (https://www.facebook.com/events/1584542655148947/)", and essentially this is going to be a place for girls in FIRST to have one-on-one discussion with some of the leading women role models in STEM. It will be held at room 265 of the America’s Center on Thursday, April 23rd from 2-4 PM.
We want everyone to have a chance to participate in this event! As you will see by looking at the attached poster, our FIRST Ladies partners (FLL 29, FTC 5972, and FRC 3132) will be handing out event bracelets to if you want one - just ask! These teams will also actively be seeking out girls to attend the event.
All questions can be posted here or sent to the email in the attached invitation.
