PNW FIRST DANCE==> Teaching. I plan to attend Worlds. I would gladly teach anyone who wants to join. Here link to youtube Teaching Video 2015... https://youtu.be/NyYzo1un6Tw So you can practice ahead of time.
St. Louis is so huge that there may not be proper space for much dancing...but last year during breaks and such, even outside, wherever we had fun doing the Dance. You can find plenty of my little flyers around with the QR code link.
I plan to showcase it at some point at the RoboProm. It will probably be crowded but look for me out in some hall...I would gladly teach anyone. Otherwise look for me around in the pits or even handing out safety glasses...hmmm probably need safety glasses for that one Drum Section of the Dance.??
For more about the dance itself and backstory....get over to the FIRST DANCE CREATION group on Facebook. Or ask me.
Remember YIKES don't foollow me....I created the Dance but am still working on the moves ?? !?
I may point out some details on the moves here in next post. It really is best to find me or some other who knows it so you can get the basics down.Like try SOTA, SHOCKWAVE, LIONS or NRG. They are Great!
Then you can add details, tweak for example =the POINTS at the end so you have the correct fingers and arm steps down, and turn and yell " Uh HUH!". Plus it would be nice to get in synch for the final big JUMP and YELL !
Last Year I know a couple Kansas Teams learned it, they are fantastic Dancers..Wow. They had this carry around kid mounted boom box....can't wait.
More details in added comment on this thread.
See you on a Field Dancing, Brogan from Seattle
