Second time I've seen this today, I guess I'll bite. What's the deal with the quiver?

During the driver meeting Q&A there were a couple of questions pertaining to the use of a quiver that would hold noodles for the human player. It was quite comedic.

Basically a guy asked at the driver's meeting if he could stuff noodles down the back of his shirt to use as a quiver. I was walking out of the stands when he said it, and it was pretty funny.

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have any video/recording of this?(not sure why anyone would be recording the driver's meeting, but might as well ask just in case)

Our operator/noodler tried this in our practice match today. Needless to say, he will be continuing this tomorrow.
