Safety Animation 2015-16?

Has anyone heard when the safety animation prompt is going out, if it's still coming from FIRST, or if it's even happening at all?

I don't know when the prompt comes out, but it is certainly happening. TIMS has the turn in dates 10/9 - 12/11.

Usually the date it starts is the release date, so 10/9 should be the day it comes out.
