Does anyone know where to find the downloads/documentation for FTC java? I need to learn FTC specifically for the rookies, but I only know FRC and Android java. links would be greatly appreciated.

That website to my knowledge is all the information you should need to get programming in FTC. You just need to sign up for an account.
