Hello CD,

My team is planning on applying to multiple regional competitions this Thursday. I was wondering if it was possible to apply for multiple events in one go, or if you can only submit one event registration at a time.

(Home regional filled #3 overall in initial registration, with more spots to fill than either #1 or #2. A team that's gone there since it opened isn't going this year--unless they manage to sneak in via waitlist, in one of the 7 remaining total spots.)



Basically, it's 1st regional of choice (and may the fastest Internet connection win), then 2nd regional of choice (from what's left, and may the fastest Internet connection win), then "drivers, start your engines" (and may the fastest Internet connection--and deepest pockets--win the "what's left lottery").

I'm pretty sure they'll get in, too. There's 7 spots, and it's their home regional. But yes, that is exactly what I was referring to.

While they call it unlimited, isn't it true that you can only apply to one event per weekend?

We have our fingers crossed, our internet was slow that morning! Our contingency plan is to attend as volunteers, wouldn't be a LA regional with out us! Who would bring the overly complicated robot then?

I did say that it was the idea, not the reality. Imagine if teams somehow connected directly into the internet hubs could register for four regionals before you could even bring the page up!
