[FTC]: Gates belt System from FRC Legal?

We've got tons of Gates Belt Drive stuff from several years with FRC. Can we use this belt drive system in FTC? I didn't see where we could not but didn't want to play rules lawyer....yet. Any help would be great!

Yes, belts are totally legal. They are off the shelf and don't provide more than 1 degree of freedom.
