FIRST manual/ award information on website

Hi I'm not sure if there's already information about this up here but I'm having trouble finding a link to the FRC manual that works in the new FIRST website. Someone linked
http://firstinspires.org/programs/frc/game but it says that the page cannot be found. There's basic information on the website but I can't seem to find an actual manual. Thanks!

Thanks for looking, it says "content coming soon" though so I assume they're updating it. I was hoping for maybe a pdf of last year's FRC manual but I can't seem to find that.

It's easy to overlook.
The manual PDF is on the second link (the "old" one) given by alectronic (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/member.php?u=29170).
