As I have been roaming the CD forums I have noticed some very cool Icons under peoples names I was wondering if you have one of these Icons could you explain it as some people may not know exactly how it relates to you. Thanks. :p only if you want to of course.

Gohan is my hero! My avatar (at the time of this posting) is gohan right after he turned SS2, because I think this was his best showing in the anime series. Alot of people don't like dragonball-Z, but I love the show.

Mine is the logo of the Colorado Avalanche the best LONG TERM team in the NHL.....even though Detroit won this year, all the old men are leaving like I said would happen so the cup returns to denver next year!
I'm a programmer. My team is the NASA Knights. What better than a linux penguin dressed like a knight? :D

In all that I forgot to tell every body what mine was As you can see it is a rock climbing buddy I'm not really into rock climbing just Boldering which means no ropes or harnesses but I have yet to find a bouldering buddy.:D

mine is our robot, manuel overdrive (mo for short). i wish i could get it to be bigger. anyone wanna offer assistance? im me if you can help!
my avatar would be a picture of our 2002 elite software crew... i would be the one on the right.... this past year was our best year for software and we did it with just the three of us who in turn also built a very good relationship with each other and have had many awesome late night meetings doing software and having fun.

Mine is the first animated gif I ever made. It just flashes FOTOPLASMA over and over... I've heard it's caused epileptic seizures in some of my friends, so I thought I'd share it with all of you. :D

Mine is a Segway....duh...
I decided to make it after i got the chance back when ever that was to ride one....all i did was take the little flash demo or whatever it is on the Segway HT site and take a bunch of screen shots of the segway spinning around when u messed with the controls to turn it...then i put them all together to make myself a spinning Segway avatar :)

Starry night by Van gogh(did I spell that rite?) It's my fav painting.. which is funny cause I hate impressionism cept Van gogh.. Well, anywayz, I put it up cause I finally got to see it in the flesh in April...went to NYC with drama... well, anywayz, I just think that the painting really makes you think about stuff... for me it just made me realize how insignificant some of the lil things that bother you really are on the vast scheme of things. Isnt that great? Well, anywayz, that's my story... I have to put a pic of me up here at some point(not the avatar, the other spot)....

That neat little animated gif over yonder is a digitzed version of my team's animation entry, a la Etch-A-Sketch Animator, the best Ohio Art product of 1986! It shows just about all Knight Rider, "Box of Doom" to those of you more familiar with the leading edge of it when Jay or I decided to move your robot, does, more or less. Twenty-four frames of glory. Twelve minutes with Macromedia Fireworks MX. And, yes, the gif is to scale.

My icon's Chernabog, from Norse mythology.
You may also remember him from such films as Walt Disney's Fantasia </troy mcclure>
He's the only Disney character, to my knowledge, with minions and harpies, and thus is supremely cool. He's highly underrated, though, as most people don't even realize who he is.

I searched the Internet insearch of something that I could relate to and make people consider.
I considered an Eagle -- Since I am an Eagle Scout, but did not like any I could find.
Then considering this is Robotics and Sciencetific program, I thought what made me want to get involved.
And the only thing I could think of was....
Doctor Who --- Yes the Traveling Timelord from Gallafrey....
If not for Doctor Who my interest in sciences might not have grown and driven me to getting involved in this program as much.
Thus my Avator is the TARDIS....

I missed this thread the first time it came around. Back when this thread was first done, I had Super Sonic as my avatar because I figured if I ever got zapped by chaos emeralds and given enhanced powers, I'd look like that (especially with his "hair"). Before the Super Bowl last year, I had the Patriots logo up. I had a cross once (anybody remember The High Priest?), and even an icon of Scotty-Too-Hotty doing the worm (although I stole that one off David Kelly).
Right now, my avatar is the logo of The Hurricane, the wrestler I'm dressed up as in my pic to the left.

Wow. This thread must be older than I am.
Anyway, my avatar is the porcupine that used to live inside my mind. It moved to my old "website" ( www.geocities.com/hobolobe to get to the porcupine's lair, pet it) but I never updated that so now it resides where it can never be lonely.
No I'm not insane.

My icon is created by the very creative Robby O, who did it as soon as I asked him to make a logo for FIRST-a-holics anonymous. Its the best thing I've ever seen, so I make it small and put it up as my icon.

mine is my nick name (Angie baby) i got that nickname at the beginning of the season when we were at one of the robotics meetings. One of our team leaders was taking attendance when they called my name. At that moment an older team leader (who i didn't know yet) said out loud "Angie baby". I didn't know what to think of that. When he saw my strange look i had on my face he reassured me that it was a song. A very old song. Ive had that nick name ever sense. :confused: :)

I think mine is very much self explanatory. But in any case I don't like it when people are whinny and cry babies. It gets on my nerves. There are things we can control and things we cannot, so get over it and move on with your life! I have to deal with annoying kids enough at work when I put them in time out for running on the pool deck and diving into 3ft of water.
