Missing Files - Downloads Disabled

Anyone having a problem installing Solidowrks? It says there are files missing and that downloads are disabled however it will not let me enable downloads.

If it werent for our other mentors I would use inventor because SW is nothing but a headach every year. Just my opinion. Just not impressed with SW.

After the 4th attempt something changed. Not sure what but it was able to download. I have no idea what the issue was or what changed.
