The FIRST Servers seem pretty slammed right now, could somebody upload a copy of the manual to dropox or google drive?

FIRST has specifically requested No MIRRORS.

If you need the password for the encrypted manual, I have that.

The Manual is constantly being updated, so a mirror might not be up to date. It's FIRST's IP and they've asked that it not be mirrored. That's two.
