When scaling how many bots have to scale in order to be considered scaling and also are the points awarded to how many robots scale?

1, 2 or 3 for scaling.

Robots can scale individually and be awarded 15 per robot.
CAPTURING a TOWER requires three robots either on the batter or hanging from the rung or any combination as long as all three are supported by the tower.
CAPTURING a TOWER is worth 1 ranking point in qualification matches and 25 points during playoffs.
