I think ours is setup for root/root but I can't check until tomorrow.

Hi,

The default credentials for the Open Mesh device are:

UN: root
PW: (nothing)

That's right there is no password, just hit login and you are in!

The guide I followed shows you how to set the password and configure the device properly.

For us, with the FRC firmware after configuring it with the utility, both the username and password were admin (I think).

Edit: now I'm doubting myself - it might also be root for both

What is the default password for the open mesh web gate?

If you use the latest version of firmware from the TeamForge website the userID is root and the password is root. Just tested on my version and empty password was rejected.
