Thanks for putting the registration page online!
Team 1519 is signed up and looking forward to the event again this year.
One note, though, is that Week Zero General Information (http://chopshop166.com/node/57) page lists a different day for the event - February 15, 2016 - which is a Monday (President's Day) instead of the traditional Saturday before bag day (February 20, 2016) mentioned in the original posting above.
We presume the event is actually on February 20, but you'll want to fix the web page to eliminate confusion. If we're presuming wrong, please let us know -- we wouldn't normally plan to have a competition-worth robot two Monday's before "bag day."

Wow! By 12:10 the event was already at capacity! That brings back memories of signing up for the BAE Granite State regional.
Again, thank you for all the hard work your team puts into this.

By the way, in addition to my note above, the Week Zero General Registration (http://chopshop166.com/node/57) page seems to have some other out-dated information on it.
The "Click HERE to register" link goes to an old registration page for Mayhem in Merrimack 2013.
The "teams registered" section doesn't seem to be working properly (it isn't listing the registered teams and I speculate the event isn't actually at capacity yet.)

i registered to both just in case...
And I put Vermont as State, but we're from Montreal, Quebec.

... we're from Montreal, Quebec.
Awesome! It will be great to have some Canadian teams there to make Week Zero an international event!

Sorry for the confusion, everyone. We're using a new website and currently working through the kinks.
As of 1:18 PM 1/15/16 the following teams have registered for Week Zero 2016:
78
88
166
190
238
296

811
1058
1073
1519
1922

That means there are only 8 SPOTS REMAINING!
Information about payment will be sent out to all teams soon.
Wow ... "Today, I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the Earth."
As I dismissed my computer class to lunch, I "just happened" to look at the Chief Delphi portal (something I haven't done for a few days), saw the recent post for Week Zero, and followed the link to the registration page ... and was registered by 12:08pm.
Now I see that the slots are almost all filled.
Looking forward to seeing friends old and new in February!

Yes! That's one of the things that I miss with our new district model; we don't get to see teams from farther away now. It was so nice to meet great FIRST people from such a wide area.

In just under four hours, Week Zero 2016 has reached capacity! We are still accepting wait list registrations and teams will be taken off the wait list in order of when they register, so don't delay in adding your team to the list!
Here is the updated list of registered teams:
58
78
88
125
157
166
190
238
296
319
811
1058
1073
1153
1289
1519
1729
1735
1922
2342
3467
5400
5813
5687
Current wait list:
509
We will be sending invoices to all registered teams and the due date by the end of tonight.
Need any field resetters? Us "other staff"* need to practice too! Assuming you haven't arranged for a snow storm again...
And Walpole RoboRebels 1153 are both registered and waitlisted?
* You can look it up; it's in the rules -- the field resetters are resigned to be called "other".

Field Resetters:
Sure thing! We met with a few FIRST folks yesterday and field reset was mentioned. There's always opportunity.
This year Kelly Ashton (FIRST) will be holding volunteer training sessions across the hall in the theater (sorry, popcorn's not allowed  )
With a full house, we'd like to know approximately how many members each team is expecting to have at the event; it'll help to plan concessions.
Please let us know via email to 166.first@gmail.com with your team # in the subject line and the approximate headcount in the message body. Please respond by Tuesday, 16-Feb-2016, 7PM.
See you all on 2/20!

Clarification on the training in the little theatre.
This is NOT for volunteers, but for Head Referees, and not open to the public.
Sorry for the confusion!
Any possibility of a webcast?
So, volunteer Field Resetters are to meet in the school's weight room for training? :D

Any possibility of a webcast?
This is an excellent question and completely slipped our minds when planning this scrimmage.
Unfortunately, none of us on Chop Shop have any streaming experience nor do I believe we have anywhere close to the right equipment to provide a serviceable webcast. If we get some help, then it could happen, but it's rather unlikely that we, Chop Shop, will be able to set this up in short order.

Good news, everyone!
We have contacted both NE FIRST and GameSense. Francis O'Rourke and Ty Tremblay of GameSense quickly got back to us and we are working together to make a live stream of Week Zero possible!
There are still a few questions that we need answered from our host venue, but we are getting closer to having a webcast of Week Zero. More information will be supplied soon.

We're excited for the opportunity! The plan is to offer a single camera full field view that we'll stream on the GameSense Twitch channel.
If you have any questions, feel free to post here or PM me.

Teams,
We are excited to announce that, in collaboration with GameSense, Chop Shop will be broadcasting a live stream of the 2016 Official FIRST Week Zero via the GameSense Twitch channel!
Check it out Saturday morning at http://www.twitch.tv/frcgamesense!
Maybe contacting NE FIRST or FIRST HQ could make this possible.
Have no fear, the ORIGINAL Week "0" event, Suffield Shakedown will be streaming via team 230, the Gaelhawks, http://www.shsrobotics.org/webcasts.

We are looking to use this to test our scouting system. Would it be possible for the match schedule to be posted online?

It should be available via the FRC API

And it should be available on TBA as well. Hooray for preseason dry runs!

@ all: What language do you use to access the FRC API?
TBA uses python (https://github.com/the-blue-alliance/the-blue-alliance/blob/master/datafeeds/datafeed_fms_api.py).
I have the following bash function defined for local testing (using httpie (https://github.com/jkbrzt/httpie)):
function frc-api {
AUTH=$(echo -n '<username>:<token> ' | base64)
http $1 "Authorization: Basic ${AUTH}"
}

I use C# for the FRC API but that's mostly for Visual Studio and WindowsForms so I can make fun GUIs. I use python for the TBA API.
TBA uses python
I'm looking at transitioning from FRC API (which I used last year) to TBA API for 2016.
Quick question, my apologies if it's documented somewhere: can TBA provide results in XML format, or even better in CSV?

Quick question, my apologies if it's documented somewhere: can TBA provide results in XML format, or even better in CSV?
The TBA API is currently JSON only, sorry. We decided against XML because it really increases size of our responses, which matters when we pay for bandwidth (TBA used 30 gigabytes of bandwidth last Friday + Saturday - every byte adds up). The simpler we can keep the whole system, the easier it is to support and build on (which is important, since we maintain TBA on top of day jobs/college)
You can find the full api spec on this page: http://www.thebluealliance.com/apidocs. As a note, we added in the defense/match stats to the API the other day - the same data you can find on the event pages (pull request (https://github.com/the-blue-alliance/the-blue-alliance/pull/1397))!
If you have any other questions, you can PM me or Eugene (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/member.php?&u=17552), file an issue on GitHub (https://github.com/the-blue-alliance/the-blue-alliance), or post to our mailing list (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/thebluealliance-developers).
EDIT: totally missed the CSV part the first time. We don't supply CSV data either (It's hard to apply structure with csv results). But, if all you're looking for is match results, I made an auto-updating Google Sheet you could use:
Here, I whipped this up. It should auto-update every 15 minutes: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/187xykRXZQFUHkevsINBZ-7q9SNrLxQE4z_d_6B_UfWM/edit?usp=sharing
Here's the script that backs it: https://script.google.com/d/1Hnwgk7fKFr5hpEBrV4Dft03lPgGda_KMR-05RdFTTS4BLlif-Ce6S-o8/edit?usp=sharing
