Product Donation Vouchers

I've been going through the wonderful product vouchers that companies have been so generous to donate to teams.
I'm doing something wrong with the TE Connectivity Voucher, because it's not taking the part #, for example heat shrink:

5058744001 VERSAFIT-1/4-0-SP black $0.20

Have any of you ordered from this donation yet and discovered any tricks?

We were able to order just fine. Did you try clicking the ADD button all the way to the right on the item line?

It's most likely the PC in the robotics shop that is causing the problem.
I'll try again later from one of my home machines.
