Trouble Finding roboRio firmware

We installed LabView on a computer and are on the step of updating the firmware on the roborio, but the directory that the instructions say to go doesn't exist. We get as far as Program Files (x86)/National Instruments/. the instructions say to go to shared, but it doesn't exit.

Did you install the frc update as well? It has the firmware? Driver station, ETC
