This is a bugfix release of RobotPy, and all RobotPy users are recommended to upgrade -- particularly those who use i2c or SPI devices.
DriverStation.reportError now always sends a message to the logger
Extensive fixes to I2C and SPI
Added I2C and SPI simulation support
Installer can now override IP of roborio
