Can anyone share which Vendor and part number they used for the pipe clamps on their Cheval De Fries? Apparently we ordered the wrong part the first time around, and need to find larger ones. Thanks.

We ordered this part from mcmaster. The fit was a little tight so we opened them up a little bit with an arbor press and had to use a small spacer so it sat flush with the wood. If we didn't open it on the arbor press a bit it wouldn't have a smooth motion.

This is the part number that was in one of the spreadsheets we have...

TE-16025 - McMaster-Carr 3039T18

We ended up getting the wrong ones from Lowes before I found the mcmaster PN, so we just modified the hole locations for the ones we bought

We used brackets from Home Depot. We had to open them up a bit and we added washers between the bracket and the wood to allow for rotation room. It was a bit of trial and error getting the right number of washers (6) but the CdeF works.

Same here on the HD clamps from the plumbing department. We also put a small amount of lithium grease on them as well.

We drilled out wood and used that, while not perfect it is pretty good
