Downloading Code

Hi, I am a part of ElektraBots Team 6155 and we are a rookie team from San Antonio, TX. To my understanding there was a code for 2016 already written that we just expand on. Is this correct? We had another team help us with downloading all the programs but how can I access this code? Thank you!

Do you have the WPILib plugin enabled? If so, you should be able to access it by looking at File > New > Project > WPILib Robot Java Development.
