Help understanding Network Tables

We are trying to use Nvidia Jetson TK1 to identify the reflective tape in the high goal(s); What software should we use to process the camera feed and how to pass those values to the roboRIO;

I would recammend using either network tables or using a custom made socket server. The socket server might get you into trouble further down the lane but will most likely be better then the refresh rate of networkTables.
