The elevator at the school is working perfectly find but the rest of my team decided to carry the carpet down the stairs.

That will get them in shape for lifting the robot onto the field before a match and back off at the end of a match :D

To be fair, it could be more complicated than anticipated fitting that carpet into an elevator.
