2016 FRC Radio not working

Hello, we have reconfigured our new FRC 2016 radio and it will not connect what so ever to the drive station. Is anyone else having this same problem and if you have fixed it, what did you do to fix it? Please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you.

Can it see the SSID? Can other devices like phones see it? Can you ping it?
Can it connect to the wireless network, ping, but the driver's station app won't connect?

Try turning off the Windows firewall.
