I don't understand...

If you want real criticism, then you should:
1: Shoot with a tripod so your shots aren't so shaky
2: Not shoot entirely outside at night in order to get rid of that nasty grain
3: More shots, quicker cuts, and more variety
4: If this is your chairman's video then you don't want to have something so non-nonsensical, instead actually show off your chairman's achievements.

Ah -- children -- you see -- the reason that the video is so shaky is because, following some seemingly excellent advice (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/member.php?u=85469), I used a phone instead of a camera because of it's superior ability.
