This is Cyber Blue FRC 234's Gender Diversity Plan.

We created this plan in 2014 to bring focus and highlight specific actions to increase our recruiting and retention of females on Cyber Blue. All team members are expected to read and understand the information in the plan, and take action to support it.

This action plan led to us attending an All Girls Event in Michigan in 2014 and leading and hosting IndyRAGE - All Girls Event - in 2016.
