Team 5508 Drivetrain

We got our robot out to test the drive train today and got some video of it going over some of the defenses. The robot has bot 4 wheel drive and track drive that runs at 10 ft/s.

Those crossings look very smooth. Is that the final position of your battery?

Most likely. We needed the forward weight to cross the obstacles smoothly. There will be protection in front of it as well as around the whole robot. There is also an arm that is missing in the videos to open the doors and gate.
