I'm trying to update the firmware on the PCM, but I'm receiving a blank screen. I've previously been able to do it. I've tried imaging the roborio and installing Java, but didn't work. I am connecting via USB and can connect to the Roborio in the driver station.

I'm also able to login as admin, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Try internet explorer

Chrome stopped supporting Silverlight last year. It looks like Firefox doesn't do Silverlight either. To get to the RoboRIO web dashboard, Internet Explorer is the browser to use.

We had help from another team and we found I had some proxies enabled. I also used internet explorer and now the web dashboard is there.
