We had some...issues...with our climber this weekend.
After some TLC we got it going under half power tonight, and things are looking good! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWrXhVBBnHE)
We should be able to go up significantly faster than that--it's an encoder-controlled dual PTO winch, so ~2kW of lifting goodness--but that's a problem for the practice robot!
