Axis camera not resetting?

Our old camera broke, so we got a new Axis M1013 camera, plugged it in, and the front LED didn't light (the back ones did). We then tried to reset it by unplugging, holding the control button, then plugging in the power, and waiting. And wating, and waiting, for maybe 2 minutes, and nothing - the back LEDs didn't change from green, and the front LED didn't light.

Can you communicate with the camera?

We dug out our old 206 cameras last week so we could loan them to another local team (Citrus Circuits).

Documentation indicates the "Factory reset" IP is 192.168.0.90. This works well if it has been reset. Make sure to set your PC to 192.168.0.5, or there about.
