You want to display your Axis Camera footage to Chief Delphi? or the SmartDashboard?
Bumping is frowned upon, you might want to read the rules (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/rules.php) before posting too.

But to display the axis camera, you want to configure the camera and then open the Java SmartDashboard. In the VIEW tab, hover over ADD, and then click Simple Camera Viewer. Make sure you are in editable mode (VIEW tab also), and then make the viewer bigger. Right click, select properties, and input the IP of your camera.
