How do you lodge an official complaint against a team advisor to FIRST or MAR?

Team adviser like a team mentor, or like a FIRST senior mentor or someone employed by FIRST or MAR?

If it's a mentor, you're going to have to go through your team's hierarchy, unless it's a Youth Protection issue. If it's someone employed by FIRST, I'd just go straight to frcteams@firstinspires.org and let them sort out who you need to talk to.
