Where can I find the cad files or field drawings that specify the dimensions of the driver station area.

Does this rule in the game manual give you enough information?
R94 The OPERATOR CONSOLE must not exceed 60 in. long by 14 in. deep (excluding any items that are held or worn by the DRIVERS during the MATCH).
